You determine exactly what the invitation process looks like. You can expand with extra communication moments such as a save-the-date, extra information e-mail or a thank you e-mail.
In the online back office you manage all guests via the (real-time) guest list. Registrations and deregistrations via the registration site are processed automatically. Smart search function and various filter options give you quick insight into your guests and you can quickly process changes.
All information from your guests known in the system can be used for personal content via automatic fields in your registration site and e-mails. You can easily add (large amounts of) guests to your campaign via a smart import function. You can divide your guests into target groups, so that you can communicate in a targeted manner within one campaign and offer options to the different target groups such as VIP guests and regular guests.
Via the statistics page you have insight into the progress of your campaign at a glance. This way you know exactly how many people have signed in and out, how many tickets are still available and on location how many guests have checked in/checked out. And that is nice when organizing your event!
